The Explanation of Need should include information that describes any factors that affect achievement, such as student profiles, availability of materials, etc.

I will purchase copies of the text and provide receipts to the Literature Grants Committee Chair by May 1, 2023.

I will complete a grant evaluation and submit it to the Literature Grants Committee Chair by May 1, 2023.

I agree to purchase the texts indicated previously and the cost is not to exceed $500.

I will notify the committee chair of any changes in circumstances to prevent honoring the expectations of this grant.
